Stitch'n Kids - Needle basics & beyond.

First lesson: Learn to sew buttons and basic hand-stitching

Help your kids help themselves with basic skills such as sewing on a button, fixing a torn seam, etc. To make this lesson fun & seasonal, Ms. Carol will help them create an autumn tree by stitching the outline of a tree trunk and sewing various colored buttons for leaves.

Future classes may include making small beanie animals, a hacky-sack or Juggling balls, plus seasonal & practical projects. Class will meet occasioally throughout the year building on previous skills.
