Museum and Attraction Passes

• Wheeler Library has free  passes to:
  • Connecticut State Parks & Forests(parking and admission at state beaches;
     parking and admission for 2 adults and 4 children at state historical sites and the exhibit centers at Dinosaur (Rocky Hill), Fort Trumbull (New London) and Gillette Castle (East Haddam) State Parks. The pass is not for commercial use and is valid for one private vehicle carrying fewer than 12 passengers.
  • Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center  (up to 5 people)
  • Wadsworth Atheneum in Hartford (2 adults and 2 children)
  • Florence Griswold Museum in Old Lyme  ( 2 adults and 2 children)
  • Children’s Museum of Southeastern Connecticut (up to four people)

Discounted  passes to:

Mashantucket Pequot Museum ($5 off admission to exhibits for each person (up to two adults and two children OR one adult and three children)

Mystic Aquarium ($6 off adult; $4 off child – good for two adults and two children ages 3 to 17)

Mystic Seaport (half-price admission for two adults and two children)

Roger Williams Park Zoo ($3 off admission for each person, up to four people). Not valid Jan 1 – February 28th

Museum & Attraction Passes are funded by the Friends of Wheeler Library. Your membership in the Friends helps to fund the purchase of these passes for use by all library patrons.
