MENU, Still Evolving…
Featuring the culinary talents of A Thyme to Cook (ATTC) accompanied by wine selections from Jonathan Edwards Winery
Passed Hors D’oeuvres…ATTC version of Oysters Rockefeller with blue cheese
Shots of Jerusalem artichoke and leek soup with pea shoot oil
Potato and sausage “tortilla”
Apple—or beet—or squash—beignet with herb aioli
And one chef’s surprise
All served with our signature cocktails for the evening
Local cheese station with local fruits and ATTC house made crackers —and local honey
First….Salad of butter lettuce with diced beets, apples, carrots, lovage, chevre crumble and herb vinaigrette
ATTC House made breads—assorted—herbs, cheeses, cornmeal… herb butter
Second……Seared Bomster scallop on house made tomato and herb pasta with tomato and leek concasse
Intermezzo….Honey and Quince Sorbet
Third…..Cider braised pork on mash of butternut/sweet potato with maple syrup and a spark of jalapeno
Dessert..Maple pear tart with cornmeal crust & black currant sugar threads….. Assorted ATTC chocolate truffles -not local but great!
